Our shipping options include the following:

Standard (3-7 business days for orders placed by 6pm EST):

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

 
REFUND POLICY


Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE or WRONG merchandise, you must contact us via email within the next 3 days upon delivery date; otherwise Kurvealicious will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Kurvealicious E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless found defective or wrong.

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 3 days along with this return form. Past 3 days SALES ARE FINAL.

Kurvealicious reserves the right to issue refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final: All sales made through Kurve A Licious are considered final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

2. Defective Item Exchange: In the rare instance that you receive a defective item, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange for the same item. Defective items include those damaged during transit or products that do not meet our stringent quality standards.

3. Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange for a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the defective item. You can reach us at order@kurvealicious.com

  • Provide Details: Clearly describe the defect and provide any relevant information, such as order number, date of purchase, and a photograph of the defective item.

  • Return the Item: If an exchange is approved, you may be required to return the defective item. Detailed instructions on the return process will be provided by our customer service team.

  • Replacement: Upon receiving the defective item, we will inspect it and, if the return is approved, a replacement will be sent to you promptly.
     

4. Exceptions: Please note that our refund policy does not cover:

  • Changes of mind or preference after the order has been confirmed.

  • Damages resulting from improper storage or handling after the product has been delivered.

  • Products that have been consumed or used.
